East of Lubbock Texas: wind-driven dust from a thunderstorm's outflow obscures the view for drivers. Driving into dust such as this is like driving in a tan/brown colored fog. Years later, still trying to figure this one out. Remnants of a funnel, wrapped in scud, trail behind a storm that has become outflow-dominant. This funnel continued to rotate for some 10 minutes after an RFD occlusion spawned a new lowering to the east...almost taking on the appearance of a roll cloud that has become detached from the storm.
