North of Kearney Nebraska, Maria and Becky scan a wall cloud for any signs of a developing tornado, as it rolls through just west of Chase Vehicle 2. Our chase started out fast, with the team chasing a long-lived supercell on the first day. Our tally for the 2005 chase:

• 12 days
• 6200 miles
• 8 - 10 rotating wall clouds
• 6 funnel clouds
• 3 tornadoes
• countless images of nice supercell structure
